The Vivo Y200 GT, Vivo Y200t, and Vivo Y200 were launched in China on Monday as the latest additions to the company’s Y series. These smartphones come in various color options and feature 50-megapixel dual rear cameras. The Vivo Y200 GT is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Vivo Y200t and Vivo Y200 are powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. All three models boast a 6,000mAh battery with support for up to 80W fast charging. Notably, Vivo offers a different version of the Vivo Y200 in India, featuring different internals.

The Vivo Y200 GT starts at CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 18,000) for the 8GB+128GB model, and CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 20,000) for the 8GB+256GB variant. The 12GB+256GB version is priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,000), while the 12GB+512GB model costs CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 26,000). It is available in Storm and Thunder (translated from Chinese) color options.
The Vivo Y200t has a starting price of CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs. 13,000) for the 8GB+128GB model. The 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB variants are priced at CNY 1,299 (approximately Rs. 14,000), CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 16,000), and CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 18,000), respectively. It is available in Aurora (black) and Qingshan (blue) color options in China.
Vivo offers the Vivo Y200 starting at CNY 1,599 for the 8GB+128GB variant. The 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB models are priced at CNY 1,799, CNY 1,999, and CNY 2,299, respectively. The phone is available in Red Orange, Flowers (white), and Haoye (black) finishes. All three models are currently available for purchase in India.
Notably, the Vivo Y200 was also launched in India in October last year, priced at Rs. 21,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The variant released in China features different specifications.

The Vivo Y200 GT, equipped with dual Nano-SIM slots, operates on OriginOS 4. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (1,260×2,800 pixels), a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The display is curved and includes a centrally located notch for the selfie camera. Internally, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
For photography and video recording, the Vivo Y200 GT is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. The device also offers up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The Vivo Y200 GT offers various connectivity options, including 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS, and USB 2.0. It is equipped with several sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, motor, proximity sensor, e-compass, IR control, and gyroscope. For authentication, it features an in-display fingerprint scanner and supports face recognition. The device is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance.
The Vivo Y200 GT is powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The handset measures 163.72×75.88×7.98mm and weighs approximately 194.6 grams.

Vivo Y200t, Vivo Y200 specifications
The Vivo Y200t and Vivo Y200 share the same SIM and software specifications as the Vivo Y200 GT. The Vivo Y200t features a 6.72-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. In contrast, the Vivo Y200 boasts a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with a standard refresh rate of 130Hz and a game mode refresh rate of 300Hz. Both models are powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with an Adreno 710 GPU, and they come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
For photography, the Vivo Y200t and Vivo Y200 both have dual rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. They also feature an 8-megapixel front camera.
Most of the connectivity options and sensors on the Vivo Y200t and Vivo Y200 are the same as those on the Vivo Y200 GT. However, there are some differences in features. The Vivo Y200t includes a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the standard Vivo Y200 features an in-display fingerprint sensor and carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
Both the Vivo Y200t and Vivo Y200 are equipped with 6,000mAh batteries. However, they differ in fast charging capabilities, with the former supporting 44W fast charging and the latter offering 80W fast charging. In terms of dimensions, the Vivo Y200t measures 163.72×75.88×7.98mm and weighs 194.6 grams, while the Vivo Y200 measures approximately 164.36×74.75×8.00mm and weighs up to 190 grams.
