Specifications and color options of the Vivo X100s have been leaked, revealing that it is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset.

The Vivo X100s is rumored to come with a flat screen boasting a 1.5K resolution.

Vivo introduced the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro in India in January, both featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. The company is now anticipated to expand its X100 series with the launch of the Vivo X100s. Prior to any official confirmation from Vivo, a tipster has revealed details about the color choices and specifications of the rumored Vivo X100s. It is rumored to be available in four different color variants and could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. The Vivo X100s is expected to succeed the Vivo X90s.

According to Digital Chat Station, a renowned tipster on Weibo, the Vivo X100s is rumored to be available in black, cyan, white, and titanium color variants. Like its predecessors, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, it is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

Vivo X100s Features

The Vivo X100s is speculated to feature a flat display with a 1.5K resolution and slim bezels. It may come with a flat metal frame and glass panels on both the front and back.

The upcoming handset is anticipated to offer improvements compared to last year’s Vivo X90s, which was launched in China in June. The Vivo X90s was priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 45,300) for the variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Vivo X90s features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,260×2,800 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It boasts a triple rear camera setup, highlighted by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX663 primary sensor, and a 32-megapixel front camera. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging.

In January, the Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 debuted in India, priced at Rs. 89,999 and Rs. 63,999 respectively. These smartphones are equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 SoC and feature triple rear cameras. Both models sport curved 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED displays with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
