Vivo has announced the launch of the Vivo Pad 3 in China. This latest tablet from the company features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, and is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
Vivo has launched its latest tablet, the Vivo Pad 3, in China. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and offers up to 12GB of RAM. The tablet features a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness reaching up to 600 nits. Running on Android 14 with Vivo’s OriginOS 4 skin out-of-the-box, it is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
Vivo Pad 3 price, availability
The Vivo Pad 3 is priced at CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 28,700) for the base model featuring 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Additionally, there are three other variants available: 8GB RAM + 256GB storage priced at CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 32,100), 12GB RAM + 256GB storage priced at CNY 3,099 (approximately Rs. 35,500), and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage priced at CNY 3,399 (approximately Rs. 39,000).
Pre-orders for the Vivo Pad 3 are currently open on the company’s website. The tablet is offered in Cold Star Gray, Spring Tide Blue, and Thin Rain Purple color options. It will officially go on sale in China starting from July 5th.

The Vivo Pad 3 operates on OriginOS 4, built upon Android 14. Featuring a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1968 pixels, it boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
It includes a single 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Storage options range up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage, though the base 128GB model uses slower UFS 3.1 storage.
The Vivo Pad 3 features support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. It comes with a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, which serves for both data transfers and charging the 10,000mAh battery at 44W. The dimensions of the tablet are 266.43x192x6.57mm, and it weighs 589.2g.
