The Realme GT 6 launch in India has been confirmed, and it is expected to be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 6.

After a two-year absence from global markets, the Realme GT series made its comeback with the release of the Realme GT 6T.

According to the company, the next smartphone to join the GT series in the country will be the Realme GT 6, confirmed for release in global markets, including India. This announcement follows shortly after the introduction of the Realme GT 6T. Additionally, a company executive stated that the Realme GT 7 Pro is set to launch in India later this year. The Realme GT 6 is speculated to be a rebranded version of the recently debuted Realme GT Neo 6 in China earlier this month.

Realme GT 6 India Launch Confirmed

The company announced on Thursday that the Realme GT 6 will soon launch in India and other global markets, without specifying the exact date. It’s confirmed to offer premium features and AI capabilities, being promoted with the “flagship killer” tagline.

The Realme GT 6 will be introduced alongside the Realme GT 6T, which marked the return of the GT series to the international market earlier this month after a two-year break.

Speculation suggests that the Realme GT 6 could be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 6, unveiled in China on May 9, priced at CNY 2,099 (approximately Rs. 22,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant.

If the speculation holds true and the Realme GT Neo 6 is rebranded as the GT 6 for global markets, we can anticipate the device featuring a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264×2,780 pixels) LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It might be powered by a 4nm octa-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, offering up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of built-in storage.

Additionally, the Realme GT Neo 6 boasts a dual three-dimensional cooling system with a 10014mm square VC cooling area. It houses a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The device is fueled by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
