The launch of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G Series in India is scheduled for April, as confirmed by a teaser on Flipkart.

The Flipkart teaser on Wednesday (March 20) revealed that the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series is set to launch in India in April. Earlier this week, the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G, powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, were unveiled in certain global markets. They feature 6.78-inch full-HD+ displays with up to 120Hz refresh rates and boast a 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup. Additionally, the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G was reportedly seen on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website.
Flipkart has launched a microsite indicating that the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series is scheduled to debut in India in the upcoming month. The Indian models of these phones are set to feature the brand’s latest FastCharge 2.0 technology, along with support for 20W wireless fast charging.
Furthermore, according to MySmartPrice, the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G has been spotted on the BIS website under the model number X6851B. Screenshots from the listing, shared by the publication, indicate that the device obtained certification on Wednesday.
The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G is priced starting at $309 (approximately Rs. 25,000), while the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G starts at $289 (approximately Rs. 24,000).
In terms of specifications, both the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G operate on Android 14-based XOS 14. They sport a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,436 pixels) curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate. Under the hood, they are powered by an octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC.
The camera setup of both the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G comprises a triple-camera system, led by a 108-megapixel primary sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS) and 3x zoom capabilities. Alongside the main sensor, there is a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies and video calls, both devices feature a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G is powered by the company’s proprietary Cheetah X1 chip and is equipped with a 4,600mAh battery. It supports 100W fast charging via wired connection and 20W wireless MagCharge. On the other hand, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G features a 5,000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging through wired connection and 20W wireless MagCharge.
