It is rumored that the Realme P1 will come equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset.

Realme is set to unveil a fresh smartphone series tailored for the Indian market. Dubbed the Realme P series, where ‘P’ symbolizes Power, these devices will be exclusively available on Flipkart. Vice President Chase Xu confirmed that the lineup is aimed at delivering a mid-range smartphone experience. The announcement was made on X (formerly Twitter). The upcoming Realme P series, which boasts 5G connectivity, is strategically crafted to cater specifically to Indian consumers. Realme aims to revolutionize the mid-range smartphone segment by offering premium products that prioritize value for the youth demographic. Xu noted Realme’s achievement of surpassing 100 million device sales in India by 2023. Last week, Realme teased the imminent launch of the new smartphones with a video captioned “Power Up,” signaling the brand’s commitment to delivering powerful devices to its customers.

Meanwhile, X tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) claimed that the Realme P series will comprise models such as the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro. According to reports, the Realme P1 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, while the Realme P1 Pro might feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.

Realme’s product lineup currently includes various models from the C series and Narzo series, along with devices from the number series. The brand is anticipated to release more teasers for the inaugural device in the P series in the upcoming days.
