Realme GT 6 China Variant Debuts with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 5,800mAh Battery: Price and Specifications

The Realme GT 6 was unveiled in China on Wednesday. This new GT series handset, which was launched in India and select global markets last month, has now been introduced in the company’s home country with slightly modified internals. The Chinese variant features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 camera unit and a 5,800mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. In contrast, the Indian variant is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen SoC and has a 5,500mAh battery.
Realme GT 6 price
The starting price of the Realme GT 6 is CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 32,000) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The variant with 16GB RAM + 256GB storage is priced at CNY 3,099 (approximately Rs. 35,000), while the models with 16GB RAM + 512GB and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage are priced at CNY 3,399 (approximately Rs. 39,000) and CNY 3,899 (approximately Rs. 44,000) respectively. It is available in colors named Dark Side of the Moon, Light Year White, and Storm Purple.

Realme GT 6 specifications
The Realme GT 6 China variant supports dual Nano-SIM cards and operates on Realme UI 5 based on Android 14. It boasts a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,264×2,780 pixels) 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. The display is capable of reaching brightness levels up to 6,000 nits. Under the hood, it is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In contrast, the Indian variant features the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with up to 512GB storage.
The Realme GT 6 features a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS support. In contrast, the Indian version opts for a Sony LYT-808 sensor. Additionally, the camera array includes an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 16-megapixel front camera, which represents a step down from the 32-megapixel front camera found on the Indian variant.
Connectivity options on the Realme GT 6 include Bluetooth 5.4, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, GPS, NavIC, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6. It also features OReality audio with Hi-Res certification.
The Realme GT 6 is equipped with a 5,800mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. In contrast, the phone released in India and other global markets featured a 5,500mAh battery. The dimensions of the handset are 162x76x8.43mm, and it weighs 206 grams.
