The Lava ProWatch Zn, introduced in India, is the latest addition to the lineup of wearable devices by the domestic electronics brand. This new smartwatch boasts a metallic construction and showcases a 1.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Featuring an IP68 water-resistant design, the ProWatch Zn comes with a Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor for real-time heart rate monitoring, along with the capability to track blood oxygen saturation levels (SpO2). With over 110 sports modes, the Lava ProWatch Zn offers comprehensive health and fitness tracking. It is claimed to offer a battery life of up to eight days under standard usage conditions.

The Lava ProWatch Zn comes with a price tag of Rs. 2,599 for the silicon strap model, while the metallic strap version is priced at Rs. 2,999. Available in Black and Grey color options, this wearable will be up for grabs on the company’s website, Amazon, and select retail outlets nationwide beginning April 26th.

The latest Lava ProWatch Zn comes equipped with a round 1.43-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED display boasting a peak brightness of 600 nits and a 60Hz refresh rate. Featuring an always-on mode, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It sports a stainless steel strap and a metallic dial, accompanied by side-mounted buttons for easy navigation of the user interface. Driving the wearable is the RTL8763EWE – VP chip.
The Lava ProWatch Zn comes with a VC9202 + VP60A PPG sensor for heart rate monitoring, and it can also track blood oxygen saturation levels (SpO2). However, it’s important to note that this functionality is not intended to replace medical equipment. The smartwatch also offers stress, breathing, and sleep tracking features. It boasts over 150 watch faces that users can customize through the paired Android or iOS smartphones.
Moreover, the Lava ProWatch Zn offers more than 110 sports modes and includes built-in games like 2048, Jigsaw Puzzle, Racing, and Discoloration. It supports Bluetooth calling via Bluetooth version 5.2, allowing users to make and receive voice calls directly from their wrist without needing to take out their connected phone. Along with Bluetooth calling, users can respond instantly to callers directly from the watch. The watch is IP68-rated for water and dust resistance.
The ProWatch Zn is equipped with a 350mAh battery, providing up to 20 days of standby time and up to eight days of battery life with normal usage. When Bluetooth calling is enabled, the battery can last for up to three days. Lava claims that the wearable can fully charge in one hour.
