The HP Omen Transcend 14 made its debut in India on Wednesday, April 3, following its initial unveiling at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in January. Featuring a compact design, this laptop boasts a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display offering up to 120Hz variable refresh rate. Notably, it is touted as the world’s first laptop with audio tuned by HyperX. Powering the gaming experience is an Intel Core Ultra processor, which includes an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU), and is complemented by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU.

The HP Omen Transcend 14 is available in India with a price tag of Rs. 1,74,999 for the Shadow Black color option, and Rs. 1,75,999 for the Ceramic White variant. Alongside the laptop, buyers receive a complimentary HyperX bag, mouse, and headset. It can be purchased from Amazon, the HP India website, and offline HP World Stores across the country.

The HP Omen Transcend 14 features a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display boasting a resolution of 2,800 x 1,800 pixels and supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It includes Low Blue Light protection and edge-to-edge glass for enhanced visuals. Powering the laptop is an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, combined with a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU featuring 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. It also comes equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and offers 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage. Additionally, the laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home.
The HP Omen Transcend 14 boasts an HP True Vision 1080p full-HD IR camera and integrated dual-array digital microphones. It features dual speakers tuned by HyperX Audio with support for HP Audio Boost and DTS X Ultra. The laptop is equipped with a full-size, four-zone RGB backlit keyboard with lattice-less translucent sky printed keycaps, a feature claimed to be a world’s first by HP.
HP has integrated a 71Wh battery into the Omen Transcend 14 laptop, supporting 140W wired fast charging through its USB Type-C port. It features Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. The gaming laptop includes two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, and one headphone/microphone combo jack. It has dimensions of 31.3cm x 23.35cm x 1.69cm and weighs a mere 1.63kg.
