The Apple Watch Series 9 debuted in September 2023 alongside the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the iPhone 15 lineup. While it retains some design elements from its predecessor, the Apple Watch Series 8, the new model introduces a unique double tap gesture exclusive to Apple’s 2023 lineup. Available in 41mm and 45mm case sizes, the Series 9 offers both aluminium and stainless steel finishes. It is also equipped with GPS and Cellular connectivity options. In India, the Apple Watch Series 9 was initially priced at Rs. 41,900 for the 41mm GPS variant upon its release. Currently, the same model is offered on Flipkart for Rs. 32,999, reflecting a reduction of Rs. 8,901 from its original launch price.
Similarly, the 45mm Apple Watch Series 9 GPS model is available on Flipkart for Rs. 35,999, marking a nearly 20 percent decrease from its launch price of Rs. 44,900.
Customers shopping on the e-commerce site can further reduce the effective price of the smartwatch through additional exchange or bank offers. Those using ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and Citi Bank credit cards are eligible for an extra discount of up to Rs. 2,500. As a result, the effective price of the 41mm and 45mm variants can be lowered to Rs. 30,499 and Rs. 33,499, respectively.
