The Poco F6 5G made its debut in India on Thursday (May 23). This latest addition to the Poco F series is equipped with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, making it the first phone in India to feature this advanced 4nm octa-core chipset. Sporting an OLED display with 1.5K resolution, the device boasts a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup. It packs a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. Notably, both the design and internals of the Poco F6 5G closely resemble those of the Redmi Turbo 3, which was previously exclusive to the Chinese market.

Price and availability of Poco F6 5G in India
The base variant of the Poco F6 5G is priced at Rs. 29,999 and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 12GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB RAM + 512GB variants are priced at Rs. 31,999 and Rs. 33,999, respectively. It is available in Black and Titanium colors and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart starting May 29.
Customers can avail bank offers and exchange discounts, bringing down the starting price of the Poco F6 5G to Rs. 25,999. The 12GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variants can be purchased for Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 29,999, respectively.

The Poco F6 5G features dual SIM (Nano) support and runs on the HyperOS interface based on Android 14. Poco guarantees three major Android updates and four years of security patches for the device. It sports a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,220×2,712 pixels, offering a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a pixel density of 446 ppi. The display supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Widevine L1, providing peak brightness of 2,400 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Powered by an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, it comes with up to 12GB of LPPDDR5x RAM.
The Poco F6 5G boasts a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel 1/1.9-inch Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), electronic image stabilization (EIS), and an f/1.59 aperture. Additionally, the camera setup includes an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 20-megapixel OV20B front camera. The device features Poco’s Iceloop cooling technology for effective thermal management.
