The launch of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro in India is scheduled for early June.
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has the potential to be the inaugural Vivo foldable device to enter international markets beyond China.
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro made its debut in China back in March, and now Vivo is reportedly preparing to introduce the foldable phone in India. While the Chinese tech giant has not officially confirmed a specific timeline, a recent report suggests that it will be officially unveiled next month. Running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro boasts an 8.03-inch AMOLED inner screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is equipped with a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup and offers up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

According to MySmartPrice, citing industry sources, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is expected to launch in India in ‘early June’. If this leak proves accurate, it would mark the first time a Vivo foldable device has entered global markets.
Unlike Vivo’s previous foldable offerings, such as the Vivo Fold 2 and Fold+, which were limited to China, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will potentially compete with devices like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5, OnePlus Open, and Tecno Phantom V Fold in the Indian market.
In the latest development, a Vivo handset bearing model number V2330 has surfaced on Geekbench, equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and running on Android 14. It’s speculated that this device could be the global variant of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.
Initially launched in China, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro comes with Android 14 and OriginOS 4. It boasts an 8.03-inch primary 2K E7 AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,200×2,480 pixels, along with a secondary 6.53-inch AMOLED cover display with a resolution of 1,172×2,748 pixels. Both screens support a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage. It also features a Vivo V3 imaging chip and a Carbon fibre hinge, certified by TUV Rheinland to withstand 500,000 folds.

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro sports a triple rear camera setup, highlighted by a 50-megapixel main camera. For selfies, it offers 32-megapixel shooters on both the outer and inner screens. It holds an IPX8 rating for dust and water resistance and is fueled by a 5,700mAh lithium battery, supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
