Ahead of their expected launch in China, the Vivo X100 Ultra, Vivo S19, and Vivo S19 Pro have obtained 3C certification.
It is anticipated that the Vivo X100 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with 24GB of RAM.
The Vivo X100 Ultra, expected to be launched soon in China, will serve as the flagship model in Vivo’s X100 series of smartphones. The device, along with the Vivo S19 and Vivo S19 Pro, has received certification in China. The upcoming Vivo X100 Ultra is anticipated to be powered by Qualcomm’s leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with 24GB of RAM. It is speculated to sport a quad-camera setup, including a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and is equipped with a 5,400mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging.

These three smartphones were spotted on China’s 3C certification website by MySmartPrice, indicating that Vivo is likely to introduce them in China in the coming months. The Vivo X100 Ultra is listed under the model number V2366GA, while the Vivo S19 Pro and Vivo S19 are identified by the model numbers V2362A and V23664A, respectively, according to the report.
All three handsets seem to be listed with two charger models — V8073L0A1-CN and V8073L0E0-CN. The specifications on the website indicate that these chargers support 80W charging, although it remains unclear whether all models will feature the same charging speed, especially the Vivo S19. Gadgets 360 has verified the presence of these handsets and charger models on the 3C website.
Anticipated to debut in China next month, the flagship Vivo X100 Ultra is expected to come equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with a maximum of 24GB of RAM. Additionally, it is rumored to boast a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is also rumored to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.

Previously, the Vivo S19 appeared on the MIIT certification website in China under the model number V23664A. Reports suggest that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, similar to the one used in the standard Vivo S18 model released by the company in December 2023. More details about the Vivo S19 series are anticipated to emerge in the following weeks, leading up to its expected launch in China.
