The launch of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series in India has been confirmed for April. The lineup is expected to consist of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G and the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G, which made their global debut in March this year. These phones are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and 108-megapixel triple rear camera setups. It is anticipated that the Indian variants will share similar specifications to their global counterparts. In addition, Infinix has disclosed the color options and some key features of the upcoming phones.
According to a report by 91Mobiles Hindi, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series is likely to be launched in India on April 12. The report also suggests that the pricing details and sale information will be revealed on the same day. A Flipkart microsite for the phones has already confirmed their availability on the e-commerce platform.
The microsite has been updated with new information about the phones. It confirms that the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series models will debut with All-Round FastCharge 2.0 technology, enabling 100W wired hyper charging, 20W wireless Mag charging, and wireless reverse charging. Additionally, the phones will come with a 5,000mAh battery.
The Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series phones will come equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoCs paired with 12GB of RAM, which can be expanded by an additional 12GB. They will also include Infinix’s X1 Cheetah chipset and 120Hz curved AMOLED displays with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The Indian variants of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series smartphones will feature voice-activated AI-powered Active Halo lights. These phones are set to launch in Obsidian Black, Titan Gold, and Vintage Green color options. In terms of camera capabilities, the handsets will sport 108-megapixel triple rear camera setups with 3x lossless zoom, along with 32-megapixel front cameras.
